The CS13W WiFi smoke and carbon monoxide combo alarm uses a photoelectric chamber to detect smoke and an electrochemical sensor to monitor CO levels. Infrared light scattering and CO-generated electrical signals enable accurate detection and timely alerts. It is certified by TUV as an ordinary alarm.

The CS13W WIFI Smoke And Carbon Monoxide Combo Alarm monitors smoke and Carbon Monoxide by using a chamber and electrochemical sensor. The chamber utilizes infrared emission and reception technology. When there is no smoke in the environment, the receiver cannot receive infrared light; when there is smoke, smoke particles scatter infrared light, altering the receiver’s signal and triggering the alarm. Also ambient air (containing carbon monoxide) slowly diffuses into the CO sensor through vents on the alarm casing. This generates an electric current: the reaction produces a tiny flow of electrons (current). The higher the concentration of carbon monoxide, the more molecules participate in the reaction, and the stronger the current produced. It is classified as an ordinary Alarm by TUV.
