The SM11R8 wireless interlinked photoelectric smoke alarm uses infrared emission and reception technology to detect smoke. Smoke particles scatter infrared light within the chamber, altering the receiver’s signal to trigger the alarm. It is certified by TUV as an ordinary smoke alarm and meets EN14604 and ROHS standards.

The chamber utilizes infrared emission and reception technology. When there is no smoke in the environment, the receiver cannot receive infrared light; when there is smoke, smoke particles scatter infrared light, altering the receiver’s signal and triggering the alarm. It is classified as an ordinary Alarm by TUV.
